Tom is a professional engineer who grew up in a family that ran a heating and cooling business serving homeowners for over 30 years. Tom branched out and made a career in the utility sector, responsible for the design and delivery of energy efficiency programs for homes and businesses with his work for Enbridge Gas. Tom believes in the power of energy efficiency to improve quality of life.
Energy Advisor
I bridge the gap between engineering and sustainability with a background in Electrical Engineering and a graduate certificate in Environmental & Sustainable Building Sciences at Lambton College. I excel at optimizing building systems and processes to achieve energy efficiency and environmental goals. My experience as a systems engineer at TATA Services helps me understand and apply various softwares efficiently along with safety protocols, and process improvement ensuring smooth project execution.

Roger Grochmal is a professional engineer and seasoned business leader in the HVAC contracting industry. He is the retired CEO and owner of AtlasCare and is a life member of both ASHRAE and HRAI. Energy Advisor
Andrew Schiedel is an energy advisor with a focus on HVAC system sizing and improvements to existing building envelopes. His career includes 15 years of consulting in natural environment assessment and management. Five years ago, Mr. Schiedel began working in residential energy efficiency and greenhouse gas emissions reduction. He obtained a B.A. in Biology and Environmental Studies from Goshen College, Indiana in 2000. He is a Registered Energy Advisor and is certified to perform heat loss and heat gain calculations according to CSA F-280-12.
